10 ways in which the corporate world enslaves people.

The corporate world is a deeply flawed system that takes advantage of workers whilst reaping the benefits. For centuries capitalism has dominated the world and has caused injustice, inequality and classism. Although there have been revolutions and changes in laws that protect workers, the system is still greatly problematic and has many cons. I am by no means a communist. I believe that communism is on the other extreme end of the scale. I think that society would function a lot better and be much happier if there was some kind of middle ground.

Anyway let’s look at the problems with capitalism and how even after centuries it is still used as a tool to control and enslave workers.

1) It doesn’t really care about or value the workers.

Capitalism sees workers as easily replaceable. Workers are hardly ever rewarded or praised for their efforts. They are just used as tools to maximise profit. Most companies treat you as a cog in the wheel.

In all of the corporate jobs I’ve had, I’ve been undervalued. Bosses and managers rarely point out what you’re doing right but always what you’re doing wrong. I remember one job in particular where I worked for a market research company. The pay was extremely poor but the workload was demanding and high.

I love writing. I may be controversial but I'm not afraid to say it how it is.
