Why are so many women anti-feminist and supporting Red Pill ideology?

This project was inspired by my love of all things retro, cute, and pink. I produced the photo shoot in-studio, designed and propped the set, hired the talent, and used Broncolor strobes for my light. You would think that in a society where there’s ever increasing equality and a plethora of opportunities for women, that more women would be grateful to feminism and relish in the perks and freedoms that it has brought about.

On the contrary, many women loathe feminism and want to see a return to traditional values. They opine that feminism has ruined natural order; that men have become feminised, and that women are encouraged to act like men. They argue that focusing on career takes away a woman’s softness because she becomes dominant and aggressive. They believe that real femininity is about embracing softness and staying at home baking sourdough bread whilst their man goes to work and provides and protects.

There are so many women in the public sphere and on social media who openly voice this anti-feminist rhetoric including Pearl Davis, Candace Owens and Jedediah Bila, a former television host turned tradwife who preaches about ultra traditional values.

Even lifestyle and dating influencers harp on about being in their soft girl era and their desire to find a traditional masculine man, which they see as a rare breed.
